Now That’s Recognition
As the foundation to our six behavioral expectations, Patient/Customer Focus is what Northwell Health is all about. The employee who exemplifies this behavior always anticipates and exceeds the expressed and unexpressed needs of others. They are able to build strong relationships and deliver patient and customer-centric solutions. With the recent President’s Award Ceremony celebrating the true commitment of our own Amy Smith, what better time to share your own personal nominations for true Patient/Customer Focus. Here’s one from Mary E. Holfester Daly, Nursing Director, Clinical Coordination Center, Northwell Health Physician Partners:

She works closely with patients to make sure all their concerns are addressed, and that they are well taken care of. She exudes great patience and is so giving of her time and heart.
